responsibilities:

• Operate bioprocessing equipment and execute mRNA manufacturing unit operations in strict compliance with cGMPs, SOPs, and safety guidelines.
• Partner closely with Quality Assurance peers for the rapid disposition of DNA Plasmids.
• Establish clear, accurate documentation for equipment operation, process instructions, and manufacturing batch records.
• Monitor live process operations to guarantee full compliance with technical specifications.
• Assist with investigations into procedural deviations to maintain high quality standards.
• Maintain cleanroom operating standards, adhering to gowning protocols and environmental waste procedures.

 
qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced, dynamic cGMP manufacturing environment.
• General knowledge of standard bioprocess manufacturing practices and equipment.
• Proven ability to collaborate fluidly with cross-functional teams, including QC, QA, and Process Development.
• Excellent written communication, oral communication, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to execute multiple technical tasks under minimal supervision.
