Job Description:

Title: NICU Registered Nurse

Requirements:

- Valid WA or Compact RN license required at time of submission.

- Experience: First-time travel nurses accepted.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Provide critical care for infants in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).

- Monitor and assess patient's conditions and vital signs.

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the medical staff.

- Collaborate with healthcare team members to create and implement care plans.

- Educate families on infant care and health management.

Compliance / Notes:

- Compliance documents due by the Monday prior to start.

- Requested time off (RTO) must be submitted upfront; post-submittal RTO may not be approved.

- Travelers may be expected to float to sister facilities; refusal may result in termination.

- Non-billable modules average approximately 16 hours pre-start, requiring approval if over 20 hours.
