Retail Merchandiser

Survey Merchandiser is seeking independent contractors to work as Retail Merchandisers for a 2-day project in Rutland, MA paying $19/hr. This is a retail-focused role requiring prior retail merchandising experience. You will support a large retail reset by re‑organizing different sections of the pharmacy while documenting progress using our app. Perks Work on Your Schedule: Choose assignments that fit your availability Consistent Opportunities: There are always available gigs in the app Flexible Assignments: Enjoy a mix of long and short assignments Grow Your Work: The more work you complete, the more opportunities you unlock FastPay: Paid via OpenForce within 6 days of task approval Ongoing Work: Access additional projects directly in the app Schedule & Hours Pay: $19/hour Start Date: July 14th and July 15th, 2026 Start Time: 9:30 AM Shift Length: 6 hours (includes unpaid lunch break) Arrival: 15 minutes early required Responsibilities Arrive on time and print the logbook attached to the survey to track your hours. Open the Survey app and start the project upon arrival. Follow check‑in instructions and report to the PSC/Reset Team Lead. Complete assigned reset tasks and work in the following areas: over the counter, gondolas, and endcaps. Follow all directions provided by the Reset Team Lead and communicate any questions or concerns. Sign out when the reset is complete. Before leaving the store, complete and submit the survey in the app, including the required completion photo. Requirements (Must Have) Experience: Proven retail merchandising experience Physical Ability: Lift up to 50 lbs; stand, walk, bend, kneel, and crouch for extended periods Technology: Smartphone (iPhone or Android) with the Survey Merchandiser App Other: 18+, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation Dress Code: Business casual: closed‑toe shoes, long pants, plain shirt or polo.
