About the Position

A growing outpatient practice in Plymouth is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for a full-time, permanent position. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team in a safety-net clinic environment, providing comprehensive care to a diverse patient population ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics.

The practice includes two physicians and one nurse practitioner, offering a supportive and team-oriented setting. This role is primarily outpatient-focused with optional OB involvement and includes opportunities for teaching and mentoring Family Medicine residents.

Core Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions
• Perform history, physical exams, and interpret diagnostic tests
• Develop and manage patient care plans
• Provide preventive care and patient education
• Perform minor procedures as needed
• Collaborate with physicians and care team for comprehensive care

Qualification

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (Required – Internal Medicine not accepted)
• Active Indiana License or willingness to obtain (Required)
• BLS and ACLS Certification (Required or willing to obtain)
• DEA Certification (Required or willing to obtain)
• Experience treating patients across all age groups (Required)
• COVID vaccination (Required)
• Current NPDB Self-Query report (Required)
• Familiarity with Epic EMR (Preferred)
• Open to H-1B and J-1 visa candidates
