Job Description

We are currently seeking drywall carpenters to work on our job in Nashua, NH. This job will involve insulation, hanging drywall, and general site cleanup. We are offering $20 - $28 an hour depending on skill level. You must have a US birth certificate and be able to pass a drug screen. You will need your own hand tools and PPE as well. We are looking to get people started immediately.

Responsibilities

• Install drywall according to project specifications and quality standards.

• Assist lead carpenters with finishing carpentry tasks and general construction activities.

• Perform general labor on site, including material handling, site cleanup, and basic preparation work.

• Follow instructions from supervisors and lead carpenters to complete daily tasks safely and efficiently.

• Use basic hand and power tools appropriately and maintain them in good working condition.

• Comply with all site safety rules, procedures, and regulations at all times.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area throughout the shift.

• Support other team members as needed to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.

Essential Skills

• Previous construction experience, including exposure to active job sites.

• Hands-on experience with drywall installation or closely related tasks.

• Basic carpentry skills with the ability to follow measurements and instructions accurately.

• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, carrying, bending, and standing for extended periods.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.

• Ability to follow safety procedures and use tools and equipment correctly.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Nashua, NH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
