Director, FP&A — Strategic Finance Leader
Capital One
Capital One Shopping is seeking a Director of FP&A to own the full planning stack, translate strategy into forecasts, and drive capital-allocation decisions. You will partner with founders and senior finance leaders, and lead a small embedded finance team to automate recurring work.
Compass capabilities include long-range planning, annual budgeting, and monthly outlooks, with incentives and total well-being benefits. This is a high-influence role at a growth inflection point.
