WHAT DO YOU NEED?

Required While sales experience would be great, it's not required for candidates who demonstrate the right attitude, drive to achieve results, and ability to quickly connect with new people. To become our Sales Representative, you'll need: Confident, persuasive communication skills with the ability to deliver engaging sales presentations Ability to adapt presentation content to various sales outlets and trade factors Preferred - Strategic problem-solving skills for evaluating needs and recommending the appropriate changes/solutions Preferred - Willingness to build and maintain your professional/technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, joining professional networks, and more

Our Sales Representatives are like the face of our business, getting out in the area to create new connections, seize new opportunities, and secure new revenue for the company. To succeed, you'll need to have an analytical mindset for identifying potential customers and effectively selling our products/services. You'll contact prospective and existing customers, as well as attend industry trade shows, to learn about their needs and see how our business can serve them. By researching our current customers and volume, you'll help determine the best opportunities for future growth and create a more strategic sales approach.
