We are looking for an ambitious, hands-on General Manager to lead a fast-casual operation in Williamsburg.

As our General Manager, you will have full operational and financial autonomy over the restaurant. You aren't just managing shifts—you are running a business.

• Lead & Inspire: Recruit, hire, train, and mentor a high-performing front-of-house and back-of-house team. You’ll build a positive, supportive culture focused on accountability and great guest service.
• Run the Show: Oversee daily operations to ensure top-tier food quality, immaculate cleanliness, and smooth guest experiences.
• Own the Numbers: Take full P&L accountability. You will manage labor and food costs, track inventory, analyze sales trends, and execute smart action plans to drive profitability.
• Solve Problems Responsively: Use your independent judgment to tackle operational challenges quickly and keep the restaurant running seamlessly.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: A minimum of 3–5 years of progressive restaurant management experience, including at least 2 years managing supervisors, shift leaders, or large hourly teams.
• Business Acumen: You know your way around a P&L statement and understand how to manage labor and inventory budgets without sacrificing service.
• High Energy & Resilience: You thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and can handle up to 60 hours a week during the peak season.
• Physical Stamina: Comfort standing and moving for extended periods and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility: Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays during our active season.
