Overview Athlete to Athlete is a virtual mentorship program with a mission to empower youth athletes through dedicated athletic mentorship. In our programs, youth athletes are paired with current Division I college-athlete mentors who share sport-specific expertise, foster confidence and drive performance to the next level. Our Mission is to build the next generation of confident, driven and resilient young adults by leveraging the values of athletics and the impact of positive role models. Are you a current NCAA Division 1 athlete with a passion for inspiring the next generation? Join our Mentoring team as a Mentor for Youth Athletes , where you’ll have the opportunity to share your experiences, build confidence, and help young athletes grow both on and off the field/gym. About the Role: We are seeking motivated, responsible, and enthusiastic NCAA Division 1 athletes to serve as mentors for youth athletes. In this Independent Contractor (1099) role, you will leverage your collegiate athletic experience to guide, motivate, and support youth athletes. Responsibilities Serve as a positive role model, both in and out of your sport, reinforcing the balance between athletics and academics Share your athletic journey, experiences, and advice Design and lead 1-on-1 virtual mentorship sessions covering topics including technique, mindset, and goal-setting Provide tailored feedback, drills, and accountability to help your youth athlete progress Maintain professional and respectful communication with athletes and families What We’re Looking For Current NCAA Division 1 athlete (any sport) Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.3 Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to translate high-level skills into clear, age-appropriate guidance Empathy, patience, and a genuine commitment to youth development Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule Must meet eligibility requirements to work as a 1099 independent contractor including proper US work authorization Why Join Us Flexible schedule — set sessions around your school and athletic schedules Make a meaningful impact in the lives of young athletes Build leadership and mentorship skills Competitive pay on a per-session basis #J-18808-Ljbffr Athlete To Athlete
