We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Housekeeper to join our team and support our mission to provide a safe, clean, and supportive environment for individuals in recovery.
Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all areas of the facility, including rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
Follow a daily schedule of cleaning tasks.
Use cleaning products and equipment safely and efficiently.
Replenish supplies in bathrooms and common areas.
Report any maintenance or safety issues to the facility manager.
Follow all safety and health regulations, as well as the facility's policies and procedures.
Interact respectfully and professionally with residents and staff.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding the residents and the facility.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role preferred.
Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and safety procedures.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
Strong attention to detail.
Good physical condition to perform cleaning tasks.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Compassionate and supportive attitude towards individuals in recovery.
