JOB SUMMARY

SALES REPRESENTATIVE

JOB DESCRIPTION

Assist customers in a polite and courteous manner. Contact customers in customer database and generate sales. Effectively show vehicles, explain options, follow up. Ensure smooth sales process. Establish, maintain positive business and customer relationships.

QUALIFICATIONS

High character, honesty, integrity, strong work ethic, an outgoing personality, and the ability to talk easily to people from all walks of life. Some college required. Prefer 4 year degree completed. Clean background check. Pass drug test. Professional personal appearance. Computer literate. Familiar with Microsoft Word and Outlook. Able to compose well-written emails and text messages. We are a veteran-owned small business. We have 4 veterans on staff, and will look upon prior military service favorably in any applicant.

COMPENSATION

Starting compensation will be based on experience and qualifications. Paid vacation and sick leave. Health Insurance. Dental Insurance. Retirement IRA with employer matching beginning after the first year. Very strong benefit package for Automobile industry.

JOB HOURS

The schedule is sometimes demanding. The normal work week will be 5 days and 45 hours per week with some busy weeks of up to 55 hours. This position requires working most Saturdays. On weeks you work Saturday you will be given a day off during week. The business is closed on Sundays.
