Speech and Language Pathologist

Johns Bay Coastal Alliance is seeking a full‑time Speech and Language Pathologist to join our special education teams serving Bristol Consolidated School and South Bristol School for the 2026/2027 school year. Responsibilities include working with younger students (3 & 4 years old) as well as elementary and middle school aged students. Minor travel is required between the schools. Other responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, completing evaluations, screenings, assessments, working as part of a multidisciplinary team to support student progress, reporting on student progress, developing IEP goals and individualized plans to align with evaluation outcomes, monitoring student progress and maintaining required documentation, providing intervention as determined by the school based intervention team, writing IEPs and other special education paperwork in compliance with Maine Unified Special Education Regulation, and providing consultation to other service providers, regular education teachers, and families.
