Diverse Staffing is hiring Warehouse Associates for a busy distribution and warehouse operation in Norcross, GA. This position offers a consistent Monday-Friday schedule, weekly pay, and an opportunity to gain valuable warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment.


Candidates with warehouse, material handling, shipping and receiving, inventory, order picking, loading and unloading, or general labor experience are encouraged to apply.


Your Day-to-Day Tasks Will Be:

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality
• Store products in designated warehouse locations
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Move materials throughout the warehouse using pallet jacks and other equipment
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and warehouse safety procedures
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards
• Work in refrigerated and temperature-controlled warehouse environments
• Assist team members with daily warehouse operations

This Job Requires:

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Ability to work in refrigerated or temperature-controlled environments
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Basic counting and inventory skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
• Warehouse, shipping and receiving, material handling, inventory, distribution, or general labor experience preferred but not required

Work Environment:

• Warehouse and distribution environment
• Refrigerated and temperature-controlled storage areas
• Fast-paced operation with daily production goals
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required
• Safety-focused workplace
