We're looking for an experienced Project Manager who can confidently lead projects from pre-construction through final completion while creating an exceptional experience for every homeowner. What You'll Do As our Project Manager, you'll serve as the primary field leader and client-facing representative, ensuring every project is completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your responsibilities will include: Lead residential remodeling projects from pre-construction through final walkthrough and project closeout. Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules while coordinating daily field operations. Conduct routine jobsite visits to ensure quality workmanship, safety, cleanliness, and schedule adherence. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspections, material deliveries, and trade partners throughout each project. Build strong relationships with homeowners through proactive communication, regular site meetings, and timely project updates. Monitor project budgets, change orders, costs, and progress to help ensure successful project outcomes. Review plans, verify field conditions, and collaborate with the design team to resolve construction challenges before they impact the schedule. Maintain accurate daily logs, schedules, project documentation, photos, and reports within the company's project management software. Ensure all work complies with company quality standards, local building codes, and jobsite safety requirements. Mentor and support field team members while fostering a positive, accountable, and collaborative work environment. Finn for more than three decades. What We're Looking For 8+ years of experience managing residential remodeling or custom home construction projects. Design-build experience strongly preferred. Proven ability to manage multiple residential projects simultaneously. Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and change order management. Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, construction documents, and specifications. Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Experience using construction management software such as CoConstruct, Buildertrend, JobTread, or similar platforms. Positive, solution-oriented mindset with a commitment to accountability and teamwork. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Bachelor's degree or industry certifications are a plus.
