(USA) Stocking 2 Coach, Non-Complex, Management Location: South Williamson, KY, 28402 US Highway 119 Salary: $65,000 – $100,000 per year Job Type: Regular / Permanent What you’ll do Leads and develops teams effectively by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates touring stores and providing feedback. Communicates and collaborates with all levels of associates regarding store operations utilizing technology, business initiatives, merchandising, and company direction. Introduces and leads company change efforts, providing clear expectations and guidance to implement business solutions and communicate business objectives to teams effectively. Models and demonstrates exceptional customer service standards to store associates by following and demonstrating the One Best Way (OBW) service model, managing and supporting customer service initiatives, such as store-community outreach programs, and ensuring customer needs, complaints, and issues are successfully resolved. Develops and implements action plans to correct deficiencies and provides process improvement leadership to ensure a high‑quality customer experience. Drives the financial performance and sales of the designated store area by reviewing and evaluating profit/loss statements, managing and assisting in budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses. Confirms that business activities are indexed to sales, monitors and ensures effective merchandise presentation, seasonal transitions, inventory flow, and operational processes, and develops and implements action plans to mitigate shrink and achieve sales and profit goals. Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates by hiring, training, and mentoring, assigning duties, setting clear expectations, and providing associate recognition. Promotes a culture of belonging at the workplace and recruits and develops qualified associates to meet staffing needs and achieve company growth potential. Coordinates and oversees job‑related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to support plans and initiatives that meet customer and business needs. Builds accountability, measures progress, identifies improvement opportunities, and promotes continuous learning. Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures, supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity, and implements related action plans. Builds high‑performing teams and embraces differences in people, cultures, ideas, and experiences to create a workplace where associates feel seen, supported, and connected. Minimum Qualifications

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience; OR 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms: successful completion of a firearms‑specific criminal background check and firearms authorized training is required.
• For facilities that sell only ammunition and have state‑specific requirements: a current state‑issued certificate of eligibility may be required.
• Associates must attend and successfully complete all job‑required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership (e.g., Live Better U program or Bellevue University). Experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing responsibilities.
