As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring their experience is welcoming and seamless. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting patients with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Managing appointment scheduling and patient check-ins/check-outs.
- Answering phone calls and addressing inquiries in a courteous manner.
- Assisting with administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly.
- Working with patients and learning to perform basic ophthalmic testing skills.

This position offers the opportunity to grow your skills while contributing to a supportive and patient-centered practice.

To be successful in this role, you should bring:
- 3 years of experience in a similar role or related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks, including ophthalmic testing.
- Availability to work part-time during mornings and afternoons.
