Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $17.63 - $20.79 hourly

What’s a typical day as a Maintenance Worker? You’ll be:

• Inspecting and servicing water treatment equipment while performing routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Supporting the safe operation of equipment and strictly following all company safety guidelines.
• Documenting service actions, system statuses, and maintaining accurate records.
• Using diagnostic tools to identify and repair issues, replacing faulty or worn-out parts as necessary.
• Installing and testing water equipment, and providing customers with clear instructions on proper usage.
• Delivering strong customer service and supporting customer needs.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Possess solid troubleshooting instincts and hands-on mechanical abilities.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills and enjoy interacting with customers.
• Are reliable, safety-minded, and adaptable to new challenges.
• Have previous experience in maintenance, service, or a related mechanical/technical field. (Preferred, but not required.)
• Are eager to learn and grow within a supportive team environment.
