Affordable Housing Operations & Community Lead

Asset Living is looking for an Assistant Community Manager in Everett, Washington, to manage daily operations and financial functions of our housing communities. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with company policies while handling all phases of property management, including leasing and maintenance. Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience with affordable housing programs and a high school diploma. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
