As a Senior Project Manager reporting into senior operations leadership, you will take full ownership of projects from pre-construction through completion, ensuring successful delivery across all phases.
- Lead the planning and execution of commercial and public-sector projects
- Manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance end-to-end
- Oversee procurement, contracts, and change order processes
- Act as the primary client contact, building strong, lasting relationships
- Partner with Superintendents to align field operations with project goals
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Mentor and support junior Project Managers as the team grows

For this Senior Project Manager role, we are seeking:
- Proven experience managing commercial or public-sector construction projects
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration
- Experience overseeing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with construction software (e.g., Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop others
- Solid understanding of safety and regulatory compliance requirements
