We're looking for a Clinical Solutions Consultant who enjoys working with customers, solving technical problems, and helping bring innovative digital health solutions into clinical research. Our FDA-cleared wearable sensors and cloud platform enable pharmaceutical companies and healthcare organizations worldwide to collect high-quality physiological data for clinical trials and patient monitoring. What You'll Do You’ll become the trusted technical advisor for prospective customers throughout the sales process. Responsibilities Include Lead customer discovery meetings to understand clinical and technical requirements Deliver engaging product demonstrations tailored to customer needs Guide customers through evaluation kit setup and onboarding Support technical discussions during the sales process Prepare proposals, presentations, and scientific documentation Partner with Sales, Clinical Solutions, Product, and Engineering teams on strategic opportunities Represent Vivalink at customer meetings, conferences, and industry events Gather customer feedback and help shape future product improvements Required What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Healthcare, Engineering, or a related field 4+ years of experience in one or more of the following: Medical Devices, Digital Health, Healthcare Technology, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, CRO, Clinical Research Experience presenting technical information to customers or healthcare professionals Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to manage multiple customer opportunities Willingness to travel for customer meetings and conferences Preferred Experience supporting clinical trials Experience with wearable technologies Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) Clinical Operations Solution Consulting Sales Engineering SaaS or cloud-based healthcare platforms Cardiology, Oncology, Neurology, or Respiratory experience Why Join Vivalink?
