Our client is a well-funded, well-resourced family-owned capital investment firm that empowers their subsidiaries with strong backing as they independently run their organizations. Their flagship company is experiencing immense revenue growth. With their recent acquisitions, they're now in need of a strong finance leader to guide the new incoming businesses and support continued fiscal growth. As they'll be working with a multi-million-dollar division with numerous independent parts, this person will need to bring deep financial acumen as well as a strong sense of morality. What You'll Do

- Support business quotes
- Collaborate with the president to evaluate historical results and establish/project future financial goals
- Negotiate with customers
- Manage and support inventory errors
- Collaborate between different areas within the division and throughout the business
- Manage a team of finance professionals
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master's or MBA a plus), or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of experience in high-level financial roles
- Experience with construction (specifically Division 8 or 28) is strongly preferred, but coming directly from the industry isn't required
- Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite Comsense, Epicor) is strongly preferred
