Role Description
- Konzeption und technische Realisierung von SAP HCM Lösungen sowie Verantwortung für Entwicklung von kundenspezifischen Erweiterungen und Programmierungen
- Neu-Implementierung und Betreuung von bestehenden Self-Services in Fiori
- Projektmanagement und Koordination von Teilprojekten
- Beratung und Betreuung unserer Kunden bei der Einführung und Anpassung von SAP HCM und SuccessFactors Lösungen gemäß deren spezifischen Anforderungen und Geschäftsprozesse
- Übernahme der Verantwortung für die Qualitätssicherung und Dokumentation im Rahmen der Implementierung und Optimierung von SAP HCM Lösungen
- Second- und Third-Level Support im Rahmen unseres HCM Application Service, um bei auftretenden Fehlern schnell und effizient Lösungen bereitzustellen
- Planung und Durchführung von Workshops, Schulungen und Präsentationen für Kunden und interne Teams
- Mitwirkung am Sales Cycle, bei Angebotserstellung und Kundenpräsentationen
- Aktive Mitarbeit und Teilnahme am Wissensaustausch in den CNT Competence Teams, u.a. zu aktuellen Themen wie H4S4, Hybrid Deployments, Public- und Private Cloud, Fiori, etc.
- Mentoring und Coaching unserer Young Professionals und fachliche Verantwortung für Consultants
- Kontinuierliche Weiterbildung von Hard- und Soft-Skills mittels interner und externer Schulungsangebote
Qualifications
- Mehr als 4 Jahre Erfahrung in der ABAP-Entwicklung in SAP HCM und Kenntnisse mit Fiori/UI5 sowie OData wünschenswert
- Erfahrung im Rahmen der Entwicklung und Implementierung von SAP Self-Services in Fiori
- Abgeschlossene Zertifizierung oder Nachweis vergleichbarer Erfahrung
- C_HCMP_2311 SAP HCM for SAP S/4HANA oder C_THR12_2311 SAP HCM Payroll for SAP S/4HANA
- C_ABAPD Back-End Developer ABAP Cloud
- Kenntnisse oder Erfahrung in weiteren Modulen von SAP HCM und SAP SuccessFactors sind von Vorteil
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Projektarbeit und ausgeprägte Consulting-Expertise
- Tiefgehendes Know-how in personalbezogenen Themen sowie insbesondere in HR-Prozessen
- Hohe Affinität zu modernen (cloud) Technologien
- Hohe Flexibilität und Reisebereitschaft
- Interesse an offener und konstruktiver Zusammenarbeit
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
