Marketing Campaign Coordinator | Brooklyn, NY $50,000 $75,000 About the Role We're looking for a driven, organized Marketing Campaign Coordinator to own the execution of our outbound marketing campaigns. You'll manage text message campaigns, engage with leads, coordinate follow-ups, and keep prospects moving through the sales pipeline. As you grow in the role, you'll take on managing and guiding virtual assistants, delegating tasks to keep campaigns running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Campaign Execution Execute and manage outbound text message campaigns Respond to inbound messages and engage with prospective clients Manage retargeting campaigns and re-engage inactive leads Lead Management & Follow-Up Maintain and organize lead lists Schedule and track follow-up communications Ensure qualified leads complete applications before handing off to sales and underwriting teams Performance & Optimization Track campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve response and conversion rates Keep marketing workflows organized and ensure no leads fall through the cracks Qualifications Highly organized with excellent attention to detail Strong written communication skills Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously Comfortable using CRMs and messaging platforms Process-oriented with a proactive, ownership mindset Marketing, administrative, or customer service experience is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Unclassified
