This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on accountability, collaboration, and driving results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Qualifications Minimum of 5-7 years superintendent experience with 2+ years healthcare construction experience Experience supporting projects ranging from $3M to $20M, some tilt wall Experience with AHCA Inspections Projects to include ground up, expansions and TI Ability to travel (projects in FL & Southeast) Compensation $110k-$135k + housing/per diem for travelers + benefits (Don't let money deter you!)
