The firm is a nationally recognized litigation practice defending high-stakes product liability and complex litigation matters for Global 500 and internationally based companies. Key Eligibility Criteria JD or foreign equivalent from an accredited law school. Active member of the South Carolina Bar. 2+ years of litigation experience. Understanding of current state and federal procedures. Responsibilities & Scope of Work Handle day-to-day case development, including depositions, direct client engagement, and collaboration with technical experts. Manage critical discovery tasks and draft and argue motions. Support partners on strategic litigation planning through trial preparation and execution.
