What You'll Work On: You’ll advise insurers on a broad range of insurance coverage matters, including: Insurance Coverage Analysis & Advisory Coverage Opinions Reservation of Rights & Declination Letters Coverage Litigation & Declaratory Judgment Actions Motion Practice & Depositions Strategic Advice on Complex Coverage Disputes You don't need experience in every area above. If you’ve built a solid foundation in insurance coverage or insurance defense and have experience in one or more of these areas, I’d still encourage you to get in touch. What We're Looking For: 3+ years of insurance coverage or insurance defense experience Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills Experience with commercial general liability, professional liability, or other complex coverage matters is a plus A motivated attorney looking to continue developing their practice Active North Carolina Bar admission Why Consider This Opportunity?
