McDonald's Maintenance Worker

One of the largest employers in the world, McDonald's regularly hires maintenance workers to provide technical support to restaurant locations. Primary job duties for McDonald's maintenance workers include installing, repairing, and maintaining restaurant grounds and equipment. Specific examples of responsibilities may include fixing drive-thru intercoms, installing new refrigeration units, and replacing old cash registers.

Requirements

The Maintenance Person assists the team in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment. As a member of the Maintenance Team, your restaurant will support you with the tools and training needed to succeed.

The Maintenance Person's responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Maintaining outside grounds
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week, count inventory
• Take out and empty trash
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
• Wash Drive Thru and Parking Lots
• Rotate product, organize the stock room
• Ensure the restaurant is clean and organized and equipment is operating and in good repair

Wages and Benefits

Health Care: ACA Compliant with employees eligible after one year of full time service.

Wages: $16.00-$21 based on experience and availability

Colorado Paid Sick Leave up to 48 hours annually
