Texas Licensed Loan Processor

A company is looking for a Loan Processor to provide quality customer service in the mortgage lending process. Key Responsibilities Review and analyze borrower's credit, employment, income, and assets before submitting to underwriting Assemble and verify the complete loan package for underwriting compliance Communicate with customers and various companies to obtain necessary documentation and manage the loan pipeline Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum of 5 years' residential mortgage processing experience Experience with Encompass and knowledge of RESPA regulations Familiarity with DU, LP, Microsoft Office, and Windows Excellent math and analytical skills
