Drivers earn $1,450 to $1,650 per week while hauling 100% no-touch dry van freight, with 90% drop and hook. Most routes run East of I-35, with occasional runs outside the region based on customer needs. Position Description Average 2,500 to 3,000 miles per week Weekly home time with a 34-48 hour reset Support team available 24/7 Drivers operate high-quality, late model tractors with an inverter and refrigerator provided. To Qualify 3 to 6 months of tractor trailer experience in the last year or 1 year of tractor trailer experience within the last 3 years is required. Drivers must have a valid CDL-A license and current medical card. Clearinghouse should be free of any violations, and 12 months of safe driving are required for a safety termination. Job Duties for this CDL-A Driver Position This OTR position runs primarily East of I-35 with occasional runs outside the region based on customer needs. Loads are planned to keep miles consistent while supporting weekly home time. Onboarding Process for CDL-A Driver Remote orientation is provided, with the physical completed near home before truck pickup. After orientation, drivers are routed to the nearest terminal for truck assignment. Hotel room and lunch provided before the first load $200 onboarding pay Company Benefits Insurance includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, along with 401(k) and vacation pay.
