Convenience Sales Representative - Charlotte, NC

Job Description The Convenience Sales Representative will manage an estimated 300‑store territory, ensuring flawless execution of business KPIs. The role focuses on expanding distribution, executing shelving principles, activating promotions and secondary displays, and delivering revenue growth management. Time Allocation In-Store Selling – 70% Drive Time – 30% Key Responsibilities Business Delivery – Deliver against quarterly sales objectives by executing perfect store principles. Territory Management – Record weekly activity and key customer intel in Salesforce; assess viability of current store route list and provide timely feedback. Sales Performance Monitoring – Track store and account level KPIs; analyze sales data to identify improvement areas and growth opportunities. Customer Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners and key customers; leverage selling, negotiation, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills to anticipate needs and overcome objections; provide a high level of customer service and business solutions. Market Insights – Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities; share insights with the team to optimize sales approaches. Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with diverse customers. Results‑driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory. Requirements At least 18 years of age, valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and internet access. High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred. Preferred experience in grocery, retail, sales, and/or customer service. Successful completion of drug test, MVR check, and background check. Salary and Benefits The base salary for this position is $45,000, with potential increases based on experience, skills, education, and location. Eligibility for a highly competitive bonus program offers overachievement potential based on performance and company results.
