In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring a safe work environment, driving production efficiency, and delivering high-quality products that meet customer and company standards.The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, hands-on knowledge of fabrication processes, and a proven track record of developing teams in a manufacturing setting.
