Job Profile The bank is seeking a Business Analyst who will bridge the gap between our software development teams and business units. Drive the successful delivery of technology solutions that align with business goals. Education Level Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field Work Experience 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development Experience in regulated industries (e.g., financial services or healthcare) preferred Duties/Responsibilities Act as a conduit between business stakeholders and software development teams, ensuring a clear understanding and alignment on project goals and deliverables. Assist in project planning, prioritization, and sprint planning activities. Support QA and UAT efforts by validating requirements and ensuring solutions meet business expectations. Collaborate with business units to gather, analyze, and document requirements for new systems, enhancements, and process improvements. Goal-oriented mindset with clear, measurable objectives aligned with the Bank’s KPI. Be a leader and owner of the deliverables and outcomes. Data-informed decision-making minded. Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and propose technology-driven solutions to enhance productivity and user experience. Leverage data to support decision-making, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Maintain comprehensive documentation, including business cases, process flows, system specifications, and training materials. Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
