As a Personal Banker within PNC's Retail Branch organization, you will be based in Akron, OH at the Portage Lakes Branch. Responsibilities Acquire and grow the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities. Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing. Collaborate with ecosystem partners and community Centers of Influence to increase customer share of wallet. Drive proactive sales conversations through outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement. Deliver a full PNC conversation with each client to identify appropriate PNC solutions. Leverage technology, tools, and resources to educate customers on managing transactions. Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively. Manage risk through adherence to policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits. Participate in daily branch operations to ensure efficient and accurate completion. Qualifications Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for this role. Associates degree or equivalent, with 3+ years of experience or a comparable combination of education and experience. Knowledge of banking products, customer service, and proactive sales. Strong problem‑solving, multitasking, and relationship‑building skills. Ability to leverage technology and communicate effectively. Incentive eligible based on performance.
