This role is ideal for a cook with strong fundamentals who takes pride in culinary execution, organization, and working with fresh ingredients in a fast-paced environment. The position supports both restaurant service and overall kitchen operations, with opportunities to develop skills across stations and techniques. The Role The Breakfast Cook is responsible for executing morning service with consistency, efficiency, and attention to detail. This includes preparing a full range of breakfast items, sauce and prep work, maintaining a clean and organized station, and contributing to a smooth and professional kitchen environment. Key Responsibilities Execute high-volume breakfast service with consistency and strong time management Prepare eggs across all standard styles including poached, scrambled, fried, and omelets Assist in preparing and maintaining breakfast sauces including hollandaise from scratch Work across stations including griddle, sauté, and prep as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked workstation Follow proper food handling, storage, and rotation standards Support overall kitchen operations including prep, cleanup, and service flow What We’re Looking For A reliable and focused cook with solid fundamentals and the ability to perform under pressure.
