The Leasing Agent is responsible for leasing available units , assisting prospective residents , and providing excellent customer service throughout the leasing process.
Responsibilities
- Respond to leasing inquiries and schedule property tours.
- Show available units and highlight property features.
- Process rental applications and assist with lease agreements.
- Follow up with prospective residents to generate and close leads.
- Assist with move-ins and resident communication.
- Maintain accurate leasing records and availability.
- Support the Property Manager with daily property operations.
- Help maintain a welcoming, professional appearance of the property.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Friendly, professional, and sales-oriented.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Previous leasing, sales, or property management experience preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
