What You’ll Be Doing Lead accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, FP&A, revenue cycle, and patient accounting functions Partner with executive leadership and physician stakeholders on strategic financial decisions Drive financial planning, capital investment analysis, and organizational growth initiatives Support value-based care partnerships, joint ventures, and alternative revenue opportunities Oversee financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and implement improvement strategies Provide leadership and development for finance, revenue cycle, and related operational teams What We’re Looking For 10+ years of progressive healthcare finance and accounting experience 5+ years in a CFO, VP Finance, or other senior executive leadership role Strong background in financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and revenue cycle management Experience partnering with executive teams, boards, and physician leadership groups Knowledge of value-based care, healthcare reimbursement, and physician practice operations preferred MBA and/or advanced finance credentials are a plus Why Consider This Role Executive-level position with significant organizational influence Opportunity to partner directly with the CEO, Board, and physician owners Broad scope across finance, operations, growth strategy, and revenue cycle Visible leadership role driving long-term financial and operational success Competitive executive compensation package and benefits Stable, growing organization with a strong reputation in healthcare leadership #J-18808-Ljbffr
