F-35 Pilot Training Support Analyst, Senior As a defense mission professional, you ask questions others don’t. We’re looking for an expert to create solutions for missions that keep our nation safe. Responsibilities Provide programmatic support for enterprise training event coordination and execution. Conduct contract analysis or negotiations, review Basis of Estimate submissions, assist with technical evaluations, engage in final contract negotiations, and provide CPAR or IPAR feedback. Develop Training Concept of Operations (CONOPS) to meet the requirements of US Services and partners while adhering to Foreign Disclosure, Exportability, Releasability, and Security policies. Coordinate, support, and execute all processes involved with digitally delivering various training products over classified networks. Manage briefs for presentation to F‑35 stakeholders and facilitate discussion and slide deck development for classified or unclassified briefings seeking approvals or exceptions to US policy guidance. Coordinate and assist with programmatic or financial data calls and information requests. Conduct Contract Deliverable (CDRL) analysis, compile monthly CDRL reports, review and compare metrics or targets, and report results to leadership. Assist in drafting F‑35 training policy guidance memorandums for concurrence or staffing. Provide subject‑matter expertise in coordinating and creating Training System Classified Directives, Memos, Instructions, Enterprise Policy, and Digital Delivery. Monitor the Pilot Training mailbox and distribute RFIs or actions to the appropriate action officer. Qualifications 10+ years of experience in pilot training support. Experience designing and coordinating digital delivery of pilot courses or training courses. Prior experience as air crew (Nice if you have). Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills. Secret clearance required. Bachelor’s degree. Ability to travel up to 25% of the time. Compensation The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD).
