This strategic role is responsible for driving the vision, roadmap, and execution of enterprise initiatives focused on accelerating vulnerability remediation, automating patch management processes, and leveraging AI to reduce technology risk. The ideal candidate combines strong product leadership skills with hands-on experience in patching automation, vulnerability management, and emerging AI technologies. They possess a broad understanding of enterprise infrastructure, including endpoints, servers, networking, cloud, and cybersecurity operations.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute the product roadmap for the Third-Party Remediation Pillar.Drive initiatives to reduce vulnerability remediation timelines and improve risk reduction outcomes.Identify and implement automation opportunities across patching and remediation processes.Leverage AI and analytics to improve prioritization, decision-making, testing, and operational efficiency.Partner with infrastructure, cybersecurity, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver enterprise solutions.Establish metrics, track performance, and provide executive-level reporting on remediation progress.Manage priorities, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment across multiple workstreams.Required Qualifications7+ years of experience in technology engineering, cybersecurity, infrastructure operations, or related fields.Experience leading enterprise patch management, vulnerability remediation, or technology transformation initiatives.Proven success implementing automation solutions within technology operations.Experience applying AI, machine learning, or Generative AI capabilities to improve operational outcomes.Broad knowledge of enterprise technologies including endpoints, servers, networking, cloud platforms, and security tools.Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.Preferred QualificationsProduct Owner, Product Manager, or Program Leadership experience.Experience with platforms such as ServiceNow, NexThink, Jamf/SCCM, Plutora, Katalon, BigFix, and Qualys.Experience in financial services or other highly regulated industries.Knowledge of Agile product delivery and technology risk management.What Success Looks LikeAccelerated remediation and patching timelines.Increased automation and operational efficiency.Improved vulnerability compliance and risk reduction.Successful implementation of AI-driven remediation capabilities.Delivery of strategic patch automation objectives and measurable business outcomes.Ideal CandidateA technology leader with a passion for automation and innovation, who has successfully led patching and remediation programs, understands how AI can transform technology operations, and can drive results across complex enterprise environments.
