Help families better understand their insurance benefits and financial options while supporting quality patient care

Verify dental insurance eligibility, benefits, and coverage for scheduled patients

Submit and follow up on insurance claims to ensure accurate and timely processing

Communicate with patients regarding treatment estimates, benefits, and financial responsibilities

Maintain accurate patient insurance information and documentation within practice management software

Work closely with front office and clinical teams to support efficient scheduling and patient flow

Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management

Previous dental insurance coordinating, billing, or dental front office experience preferred

Knowledge of dental insurance plans, claim processing, and treatment estimates preferred

Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking skills

Professional communication and customer service skills with the ability to explain financial information clearly

Experience with dental software systems and insurance verification processes is a plus
