Your Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and our recruiters for comprehensive evaluations
• Keep in touch with leads to sustain their interest and assist them throughout their hiring journey
• Maintain precise and current records within our applicant tracking system
• Earn commissions based on the successful meetings scheduled, interviews conducted, and hires made from your leads
