Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical

Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse to provide inpatient care across multiple hospital campuses. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, recent travel experience, and flexibility to serve various locations as needed.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Administer comprehensive nursing care to patients in a Medical-Surgical setting.
  
  
• 
  Monitor patient conditions, record vital signs, and document clinical findings accurately.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  
  
• 
  Float between campuses and adapt to different unit requirements seamlessly.
  
  
• 
  Ensure compliance with all travel and licensing regulations, including Epic documentation.
  
  
• 
  Participate in on-call rotations, arriving within one hour when called.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Possess a minimum of 2 years recent, continuous MS experience.
  
  
• 
  Hold an active, valid state license; pending licenses are not accepted.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate recent travel experience within the last year; no first-time travelers.
  
  
• 
  Be willing to float to multiple hospital campuses as needed.
  
  
• 
  Maintain BLS and ACLS certifications; OH or compact license preferred.
  
  
• 
  Have recent travel experience documented and verified.
