Grants Manager
Virtual Vocations Inc
Providing operational coordination and support for government grants, the full-time Operations Manager, Government Grants will manage project activities, budget planning, and compliance documentation while working in a flexible, home-based environment. Key responsibilities Partner with project leads to ensure accurate expense and invoice management Coordinate prior approval requests and compliance documentation with relevant teams Support project budget planning, monitoring, and forecasting to align resources with funding requirements Required qualifications At least three (3) years of relevant experience in grant management or operations Understanding of financial systems, journal entries, and expense management Familiarity with federal grantors such as CDC, HRSA, and NIH Knowledge of OMB Uniform Guidance and NIH policies Experience in project management in compliance with federal and state regulations
