Gtube : Saturdays & every other Wednesday 3:30-10:30pm (Rialto) Saturday & Sunday 8am-4pm (San Bernardino) Trach: Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm (Fontana) EOW 7am-5pm (Highland) Vent: Saturday11pm-7am (Colton) Saturday & Sunday 7AM-3PM / Sunday-Saturday 4PM-11PM (Fontana)

Requirements

• Active LPN license
• Current BLS certification
• 1+ year experience preferred
