Join Our Team as a Pick & Pack Associate!

We are seeking enthusiastic Pick & Pack Associates for our distribution center in North Canton, Ohio. Become part of a dedicated team supporting a renowned gourmet chocolate manufacturer and enjoy a truly sweet work environment!

Position Highlights:

• Monday–Friday Work Schedule
• Temporary Position 
• Competitive pay:
  • 1st shift: $17.00 per hour
  • 2nd shift: $17.50 per hour
• Pack individual candies and product bags into boxes
• Operate various equipment including: shrink & flow wrappers, candy cutters, twist wrappers, boxing and box taping machines, and scales
• Set up and prepare the production line each shift
• Maintain line sanitation and complete thorough clean-up at shift end
• Uphold high quality standards for candy appearance, labeling, packing, and decoration
• Ensure all cases are properly filled and products meet company standards

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
• Capable of lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 50 lbs. occasionally
• Basic reading, writing, and math comprehension
• No artificial nails or eyelashes permitted
• Work attire must be free from rips, holes, tears, patches, or frays

Physical Demands:

• Lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally 
• Bend, stoop, kneel, walk, and stand for extended periods
• Frequently perform repetitive manual tasks
