About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Strategic Transformation for its Materials Science Solutions group. This pivotal role is focused on leading transformational initiatives to enhance operational efficiencies, support growth, and foster effective collaboration across the international business. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the end-to-end delivery of a global footprint transformation program, overseeing simplification efforts, and managing facility development, equipment transfers, and capital investments. They will be accountable for key program objectives, including significant revenue growth, and will lead cross-functional teams to ensure talent retention and smooth organizational transitions during multi-phase projects. Candidates for this role should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least 15 years' experience in global operations and manufacturing leadership, particularly in large-scale transformation programs. The role requires a proven track record in multi-site consolidation, ramp programs, and capital-intensive expansion initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in managing and leading manufacturing operations, with the ability to operate across the strategy-execution and commercial-operations interface. Key characteristics include strong collaboration, strategic thinking, business acumen, critical thinking, and a drive for results. The role demands a high tolerance for ambiguity and the ability to navigate and make progress in uncertain environments.
