Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Infusion for a travel nursing job in New York, New York. This role involves developing, coordinating, and delivering evidenced-based educational programs and competency validation for oncology nursing staff. The position requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to support orientation, professional development, and continuing education within a centralized office setting. Job Details Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: New York State RN License, AHA BLS, Current ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy & Immunotherapy Certification, Current Oncology Nurse Certification, Two years of Med/Surg chemo infusion experience, IV insertion and phlebotomy skills, Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7.5 hours per shift, 37.5 hours per week. Develop, coordinate, and deliver evidence-based educational programs and competency validation for oncology nursing staff. Collaborate with nurse leadership, clinical specialists, and interdisciplinary teams to support orientation, professional development, and continuing education. Monitor compliance with oncology-specific regulatory, accreditation, and organizational standards, including ONS guidelines, chemotherapy/immunotherapy certification, and competency requirements. Requires travel to select HH facilities, with details to be discussed during the interview process. Chemotherapy Certification is required. Must have Preceptor Experience. Central Office based, not at a cancer facility.
