ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSAND RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the timelydelivery of all marketing projects, ensuring they align with business goals andremain within scope, schedule, and budget. Elicit requirementsusing interviews, workshops, business process descriptions, use cases,scenarios, wireframes, and workflow analysis. Collaborate withbusiness owners to understand business goals and objectives for projects. Coordinate incomingmarketing requests, assign projects to appropriate staff, and ensure progressto completion. Manage projectworkflows among Marketing, Creative, Design, and Digital teams, working withleadership to ensure process efficiencies. Assess projectrisks continuously, elevate issues as needed, and provide solutions-orientedapproaches to maintain schedules. Facilitateinformation flow among all project participants and work independently withproject teams, SMEs, and stakeholders to resolve issues. Communicate projectscope, goals, and success metrics to the project team. Create and manageproject schedules using tools like Microsoft Project, Asana, Smartsheet, tooutline tasks, milestones, dependencies, and resources. Establish rapportwith business owners by providing consultative project management services. Prepare timely andaccurate status reports for executive leadership, project sponsors, andstakeholders. Manage projectswithin the approved budget and monitor change requests for budget impacts. Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge Awarenessof industry best practices and systems development life cycle (SDLC)methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile, Scrum), and desire to deepenresponsibilities within these areas of expertise. Understandingof marketing, creative services, and design operations. Skills and Abilities Strong project management skills, proficient in using projectmanagement software like Asana. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interacteffectively with all levels of the organization. Ability to lead projects independently and work collaboratively in ateam environment. Experience Afour-year college degree in a related field is preferred. PMPor Scrum certification are a plus, or a desire to obtain one of thesecertifications. Experiencewith HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools and Salesforce.com or otherCRM systems.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Normal demands associated with adeadline-drive office environment. The noise level is generally quiet tomoderate. Daily contact with external customers,vendors, colleagues, associates, supervisors, and staff at all levels of theorganization.
