Project Manager

Project Manager, Client Delivery

New York City (Flexibly Hybrid/Remote)

A well-established, profitable B2B SaaS company is growing its US team, with exciting news on the horizon. It’s a close-knit, people-first business where kindness, curiosity and quality of life are genuinely part of how the team works, not just words on a careers page. The company is hiring a Project Manager in New York to lead client delivery, and both mid-level and senior candidates are welcome.

The role

You’ll own client projects from scoping and planning through to launch, as the main day-to-day contact for each customer. Projects vary in size and complexity, and many grow into long-term partnerships. You’ll work closely with in-house developers, designers and solutions specialists to deliver on time and on budget.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Planning and running delivery: timelines, milestones, budgets and resourcing
• Managing client stakeholders, from a single contact to large cross-functional groups
• Running kickoffs, status meetings and retros that end with clear decisions and owners
• Keeping risks, dependencies and change requests tracked and visible
• Protecting scope, and presenting the impact of changes as clear options
• Using AI tools to cut manual work, and suggesting better ways of working

About you

• Experience owning client-facing projects end to end, ideally at a digital agency, product studio or SaaS company
• Confident managing external stakeholders and having difficult conversations
• Strong delivery fundamentals: prioritization, risk logs, scope control
• Hands-on, curious and calm under pressure, with an owner’s mindset
• Interested in how digital products and apps work (a technical background isn’t required)
• Bonus: experience delivering mobile apps or digital products for enterprise clients

Culture

• A small, collaborative team where your ideas are heard and you’re encouraged to challenge how things are done
• Real ownership and trust from day one, without layers of bureaucracy
• A strong record of stability, with a business that invests in its people for the long term
• A culture built on openness, respect and having fun, even when things get busy
• Early in the US growth story, so you’ll help shape how the NYC team works as it grows
