Responsibilities Assist Party Chief as directed to conduct boundary, topography, ALTA, right of way, and construction surveys for public and private clients Perform a variety of routine tasks which provide familiarity with equipment, terminology, and operating procedures Cut brush and hammer iron and wood stakes Abide by safety requirements Perform routine work which does not require previous experience Other duties as assigned Requirements Previous Land Survey experience preferred Willingness and ability to cut brush and hammer iron and wood stakes Willingness and ability to follow safety requirements Willingness and ability to learn traffic control and safety procedures for a variety of surveying and construction operations Ability and willingness to learn proper procedures for the care, cleaning, and use of a variety of surveying tools and electronic equipment, including the tribrach and tripod Ability and willingness to lift 50 lbs, to work outside for 8-10 hours a day, and to walk 2 miles Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and others Benefits 401k Match: 100% up to 4% of your contributions with immediate vesting + 3% Safe Harbor Contribution with immediate vesting Merit-Based Bonus Compensation Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance; BGE contributes to HSA on eligible plans 9 paid Holidays, including 3 Floating holidays Personal Time Allowances 2 to 4 weeks of Vacation, depending on experience-level.
