Schedule

Night Shift: 4 days on, 12 hours per day (19:00 - 07:00). Rotating weekends required.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The RN will provide comprehensive care to patients in a Level III Trauma Center. This position will focus on critical care, ensuring adherence to protocols and best practices in patient management.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to neonates, infants, pediatrics, and adults.
• Monitor and evaluate patient conditions and administer medications as prescribed.
• Assist in high-risk deliveries, cardioversions, and difficult medical procedures.
• Manage ventilator patients and provide respiratory therapies including BiPAP, CPAP, and high-flow nasal cannula.
• Conduct assessments and interpret diagnostic tests including Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs).
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity in patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active Washington State RN license.
• Current certifications in ACLS and PALS. NRP certification preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in adult critical care preferred.
• Familiarity with Epic charting system is required.
• Experience with pediatric critical care is highly desired.
